For the first time this year, we are not mailing the pool rules to everyone. Check the Woodlea Manor Pool page for more information about the 2010 season.

Here is text from the cover letter for the Pool Rules Document:

Dear Woodlea Manor Conservancy Homeowner:
We are getting ready for the pool season! The pool opens on Saturday May 29th at 11a.m. The hours of operation
for the season are listed in the 2010 Rules and Regulations for the Woodlea Manor Recreational Facilities.

If you have not yet done so, you will need to complete an application so that pool passes and the 2010 validation
stickers can be issued for your family. A form is available on this website that can be downloaded. The
completed form can be mailed, emailed or faxed to us. Please make sure that you provide all of the requested
information including emergency contacts. Don’t forget that your pool passes and validation stickers cannot be
issued until your account with Woodlea Manor Conservancy is in paid in full.

If we already have your pool pass application from prior years, then the 2010 pool stickers for your family
members will be mailed to you. If you have any updates, like new family members, you can include them on the
application form and we will issue additional passes.

Please note that you will need to present your pool pass in order to enter the facility. This policy will be
strictly enforced, so please remember to bring your passes with you. The cost to replace a lost or damaged
pool pass is $5.00. If someone in your family needs a new pass, please let us know.

This year, for the first time, the pool rules and regulations will not be mailed to each household. Instead, they will
be posted here on the web site. We ask that you take the time to read them go over them with your children before
the season begins.

We are looking forward to an exiting and enjoyable summer.

Interested in joining a golf league this season?  Our very own Westpark Golf Club will once again have its two-person Monday Night League as well as a new Individual Wednesday  League.  Kick off meeting for the Monday 2-person league will be Monday March 29th at 6pm. Kick off meeting for the Wednesday individual league will be Wednesday March 31st at 6pm.

Woodlea NovemberFest:  Adult Volunteers Needed
The Woodlea Social Committee is seeking help with our first annual NovemberFest celebration, on November 7 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. We need adults willing to work in shifts supervising the bounce house and /or supervising beverage distribution at the party.  Please contact events@woodleamanor.org if you are interested.

Registration has begun for two golf leagues at Westpark Golf Club: Coed Monday Night and Woman’s Thursday.

Monday Nighter Golf League: Play begins April 27 with two player teams competing weekly. Coed teams welcome.

Westpark Women’s Golf Association: League play begins May 14th (May 1st practice round and May 7th scramble). This is a woman’s league, in which you can play anytime each Thursday.

Activity Field Guidelines:

1. We do not take reservations for use of the activity field.
2. If more than one group would like to use the field at the same time, please share the field (or scrimmage the other team for game practice) and be courteous as the field is there for everyone.
3. Please limit your practice time to 1 hour if other teams are waiting to use the field.
4. Any group can use the field as long as the coach or one or more players is a Woodlea Manor resident.
