The Architecture Review Board guidelines have been updated to allow Hardie Plank siding and Enviroshake roofs with a straight reveal. This document dated 7/27/11 replaces the previous ARB Guidelines.

Pam Ward TWC Association Management ARB Guidelines with Roofing Revisions 25 May 2011 has been posted to the Architecture Review Board page. The next ARB meeting will be held on April 14th at 7PM. The ARB is in need of new members. If you would like to contribute your time (1-2 hours a month) reviewing ARB applications, please send an email to WM@WoodleaManor.org. For the fall and winter months, the ARB meets at 7:00pm the second Wednesday of each month. This is a great way to serve our community and meet new people. A reminder that candidate alternative roofing materials are on display in the clubhouse. After your careful consideration, send a “comment card” via email to twcmanage@aol.com (one email per homeowner). At the August 25th Board meeting, the BOT will review the emails and decide whether or not to proceed with approving alternative roofing materials. The decision will be posted here. If the decision is to proceed with approving alternative roofing materials, the BOT will do so at a future Board meeting. The Architectural Review Board (ARB) board meetings for the summer will be on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month @ 7:00pm. This schedule will be through September, then back to once a month. |
