Woodlea Manor

The September meeting minutes of the Woodlea Manor Board of Trustees are now posted.

Due to all the bad weather and rain, the pool parking lot repairs and sealing had to be postponed again. The new date for the work is Sunday, October 23 from about 7:00 a.m. on. The lot will remain closed until Monday morning.

Dear Woodlea Residents:

Recently, the Board has been contacted by residents concerned about issues involving pets.

1-       Please be sure to have your dog leashed when not on your property.  Dogs should not be allowed to charge at other residents or their pets.  This has the potential to be a very serious situation.  Have your animal under your control at all times.

2-       When walking your dog, please pick up your pet’s waste and properly dispose of it. The Board gets numerous complaints about this issue, including people throwing dog waste into the residents’ bushes, down storm drains, leaving it in the street or on the sidewalk, etc. Not only is this unsanitary, it is a CLASS 4 MISDEMEANOR (section 612.19).  Please be a good neighbor and clean up after your pet!!!!

3-       Please do not allow your animal(s) to bark/howl for an extended period of time.  This is inconsiderate and disturbing to your neighbors and is also a Class 4 misdemeanor.
