2012 Pool Documents and Application Now Available

April Woodlea Spring Yoga Session

Join us for the Springtime Yoga/Pilates Sessions!

Classes will meet on Monday and Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM inside the Woodlea Clubhouse. The class is open to all skill levels and anyone over the age of 12. The cost of the 4 week program is $40.00 if we receive a full class of 10 participants.  If we do not receive 10 particpants, the cost per class will be determined, based on the total class size.

Yoga benefits include:

  • Increases Strength
  • Improves Balance
  • Weight Management
  • Improves Cardiovascular
  • Lowers Blood Pressure
  • Relieves Joint Pain
  • Reduces Stress and Promotes Relaxation.
