Welcome to Woodlea Manor’s website. We are a community of 467 single-family homes, surrounded by the charm of historic Leesburg and the beauty of the Catoctin Mountains. On this site you will find reference pages from the menu above. On the right side you will find a list of recent announcements and a list of the announcement categories. Looking for announcements of child sitters available, for example? Click the Child Sitting category link at the right of this page and read all of the announcement listings that appear. Want reference info on the pool? At the top menu, mouse over Activities and choose Pool. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the entire site. You will find some really great information here!

Submit Your Own Items: Woodlea Unofficially on Facebook
There is an “unofficial” Woodlea Manor group page available on Facebook that is currently subscribed by 274 members. This might be a great place to submit your own “For Sale” or “Wanted” post. Each member of the group has the option to receive postings as an email message, so that they will get alerted as soon as your item or request is submitted. And there is no waiting for the Woodlea Webmaster (hint, hint) to submit your posting to the Woodlea web site. This may also help declutter WoodleaManor.org and help it stick to neighborhood issues rather than be another craigslist.org.
Furthermore, you can also submit discussions on any topic that you think your Woodlea neighbors might be interested in. Since it is an “unofficial” site, there is no moderation of topics. You are in control of postings you submit to Facebook: you can edit and delete them on your own.
This is not a mandate mind you, just a suggestion from your friendly Woodlea Webmaster. Perhaps try Facebook first and if your item doesn’t sell or your request is not satisfied, then try the Woodlea web maybe. If you have a Facebook account, simply click on the link above and join the Woodlea group.
