Architecture Review Board

For the fall and winter months, the ARB meets at 7:00pm the second Wednesday of each month at the Woodlea clubhouse.  The ARB meets to review and approve architectural changes done to your home.  This includes exterior modifications, painting, fencing, landscaping, etc.

Be sure to submit an ARB review application, and receive approval prior to starting a project.
Applications should be sent to TWC Association Management.
Please allow adequate time for your application to be processed; applications must be in TWC’s office five business days before the next ARB meeting.
TWC reviews plans before forwarding them to the ARB. If information is missing, it will be requested from you before your application is mailed to the ARB.
