The Board of Trustees for Woodlea Manor Conservancy is
pleased to announce that, effective August 23, there will be a new grounds
maintenance contractor at Woodlea Manor. Sunrise Lawn and Landscaping is taking over all
maintenance and enhancement responsibilities for the community. This will
include mowing, edging, weeding, chemical treatments, pruning, mulching, leaf
removal, irrigation system maintenance, etc. One of Sunrise’s first efforts
will be a general clean up of the landscaped beds and plantings at the entrance
and clubhouse. You should notice the improvement within a few weeks. As you
know, Woodlea Manor is a large community with a great deal of common area, so
it will take Sunrise a few visits here to get to know the property.

this change.
