We have been receiving a lot of complaints regarding dog waste at Woodlea Manor. Please remember that according to the Woodlea governing documents, the Town of Leesburg and Loudoun County ordinances, pet owners are required to immediately pickup after their animals.

Also, all dogs MUST be walked on a leash, regardless of how friendly they may be. Additionally, cats are not allowed to roam outside.

Dog waste presents a health hazard because it attracts rodents and insects. Please be considerate of your neighbors and make the community a nice place to walk in by promptly cleaning up after your pet.

We are even getting complaints that some residents are walking their dogs in their neighbor’s yard. That’s not acceptable, and it should not be happening.

If you witness an owner who does not clean up after their pet, please identify who they are or where they live and e-mail TWC at TWCManage@aol.com or call 703-437-5800. We can send a letter to the homeowner.
